不知道從什麼時候起,練功時已經不再打嗝(1,2)了。大腿肌肉也已不再痠痛、腳底板也不再發痲、膝關節也沒問題了。
不過,練到一半時,見到鼻水甩出滴入地毯,倒是讓我嚇了一跳。
